Emil and Mouna Ayoub
Emil and Mouna joined BEN in 2007. They have two sons, Elias and John. Emil graduated from NTCGS (Jordan) in 2013. He has served as the Jordan coordinator during his time as a student until the present.
Emil and his family live in Chattanooga, TN, where he teaches Arabic at (CSL) Chattanooga School of Language, and Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, GA. He pastors Arabic Baptist Church in Dalton, GA, and the Arabic Mission in Cleveland, TN (Mission meetings stopped because of Covid -19. They are looking forward to reopening).
He also serves as worship leader and interpreter in the Arabic service for refugees at Brainerd Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN.
Emil travels to Jordan to help administrate the spring and fall modules each year, and coordinates communications with the Jordanian students year-round.

Waad and Febe Haddad
Waad Haddad joined BEN in 2011 and has served as interpreter, translator, Bible professor, recruiter, chaplain, and leader of the translation team. Febe is a graduate of NTCGS (Egypt). It was there that the Lord brought Waad and Febe together. They were married in 2014 and have a daughter, Joy.

Frankie and Edith Matthews
Frankie Matthews has served in church ministry for over 43 years. He was instrumental in the formation of BEN in 2000 and NTCGS in 2006. Over the years he has served as board chairman of both boards, among many other roles, uniquely qualifying him to step into the leadership as President of both boards. He and Edith have been married for 47 years, serving together in church ministry for the last 30 years.

Ruth Nuttall
Ruth is the wife of Dr.Clay Nuttall. She served alongside Dr. Nuttall since the beginning of BEN and NTCGS. Dr. Nuttall was promoted to Glory in September of 2017. Ruth lives in Winston-Salem, NC.
Nancy Hartwig
Frank and Nancy Hartwig have served with BEN from the beginning of the ministry and were instrumental in representing the ministry in its early years. Frank was promoted to glory in 2017. Nancy lives in Winston-Salem, NC.
